However, it is worth remembering that kefir is a product with a relatively high saturated fat content. Therefore, it is important to observe moderation in its consumption.
Let’s tell you how to make a simple snack in the form of lazy pies from healthy kefir.
Ingredients:
- kefir – 250 ml;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- sugar – 1 tsp;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- cheese – 100 g;
- sausage – 100 g;
- flour – 450 g;
- leavening agent – 10 g.
Preparation of lazy pies:
In a bowl we break eggs, salt and pour sugar, mix the ingredients until the grains of sand dissolve. Pour kefir into the egg mixture, mix the products again.
Grate cheese on a coarse grater, cut thin bars of sausage. Put the cheese and sausage into the kefir and egg mixture, mix.
Sift flour and baking powder into the mixture, knead elastic and not sticky dough. Sprinkle the table with flour and knead the dough with your hands to form a dough ball.
Roll out with your hands and then with a rolling pin into a large layer of about 30×40 cm. Divide the dough into small rectangular pieces.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, place the dough pieces in it and fry on each side until browned.
The result is hearty, crispy lazy patties.
