Ingredients for the dough:

- apricot jam – 2 tbsp.

Preparation of apple pie:
Grate peeled apples on a coarse grater, in a skillet melt butter. Stew the apple mass in the butter along with a couple of spoons of sugar until it is completely dissolved.
Then put the apple mixture in a separate plate and wait for it to cool down. Break eggs into a bowl, pour sugar, mix thoroughly until the grains of sand are dissolved
