This simple recipe will help you get a dish that will please you and the children. And the result will delight anyone – both a simple commoner and an amateur cook!

Ingredients for puffed fritters with apple:

  • kefir – 250 ml;
  • flour – 240 g;
  • egg – 1 pc;
  • salt – ½ tsp;
  • sugar – 1 tbsp;
  • baking soda – ½ tsp;
  • apple – 100 g.

Preparation of puffed fritters with apple:

Break 1 egg into a cup, add salt, sugar. Stir with a whisk. In another cup pour slightly hot kefir, pour into the first mixture and pour 0.5 teaspoon of soda. After half a minute, start preparing the dough.

Sift 1 cup of flour and add to the mixture of ingredients. Then mix to a homogeneous consistency so that there are no lumps. Grate the apple on a fine grater and add to the ingredients. Leave the dough to stand for 15-20 minutes. After that, fry the fritters.

  • flour – 1.5 tbsp;
  • kefir – 250 g;

Put 1 cup of cottage cheese in a bowl. Break the egg, add salt and sugar. Use a fork to mix the components.
