Ingredients for mushroom cutlets “Julienne”:

  • mushrooms – 400 g;
  • cheese – 200 g;
  • onion – 2 pcs;
  • eggs – 3 pcs;
  • mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons;
  • flour – 3-4 tbsp;
  • a little nutmeg;
  • basil, pepper and salt – to taste;
  • herbs.

Preparation of mushroom cutlets “Julienne”:

To begin with, rub the cheese on a fine grater. Then break three eggs in a bowl, mix, send to the cheese. If the eggs are large in size, then two pieces are enough. Here we also send two tablespoons of mayonnaise. This bowl is set aside.

The next step is to cut the vegetables. Onions should be cut finely, as small as it turns out. Then we move on to the mushrooms. They are also cut into small cubes, so that it was convenient to form cutlets.
