Pizza used to be considered a food for the poor in Italy. As a rule, beggars put any kind of toppings on a layer of unleavened dough.
Later, Italian chefs learned about pizza and began experimenting
with it.
The result was margarita, pepperoni, and many other types of pizza. Americans fell in love with pizza Italians and began to experiment with products too. So appeared hated by many pizza with pineapples and even with pasta.

Ingredients for mini pizzas:
- Warm milk – 150 ml;
- Warm water – 150 ml;
- Yeast – 1,5 tsp;
- Salt – 1.5 tsp;
- Sugar – 1 tbsp;
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Vegetable oil – 90 ml;
- Flour – 450 g;
- Chicken fillet – 300 g;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Tomato – 1 pc;
- Sweet pepper – ½ pc;
- Black pepper – 1/3 tsp;
- Dill – 2 tbsp.
Preparing mini pizzas:
In a bowl pour warm milk and water, pour yeast, salt and sugar, mix. Break the egg, pour in 50 ml of vegetable oil and continue mixing.
Pour the flour into the mixture and knead into an elastic and slightly sticky dough

Seal the dough under food film and leave it for an hour.
At this time cut the chicken fillet and onion into small cubes. Similarly cut tomato and peeled bell pepper, mix with onion and fillet
. Pour salt, black pepper, chopped dill into the filling, pour vegetable oil.
Knead
the dough and divide it into 12 equal lumps
. Shape the lumps into small flat cakes with a hollow. Lubricate the ketchup in the indentations, place the flatbreads on a parchment-lined baking tray
and put the toppings in the indentations

Bake the pizzas at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Grate cheese on a coarse grater, form cheese caps on the filling.

Bake the pizza like this for another 15 minutes.
