Most likely, the stereotype about the useful chicken meat was formed in the distant past. Many religions forbid eating pork because of the fact that pigs carry the same diseases as humans. Ingredients for baked chicken with garnish:
- chicken thighs – 2 pcs;
- paprika – tsp;
- curry – tsp;
- salt – tsp;
- tomato paste – tbsp;
- mayonnaise – tbsp;
- cabbage – 300 g;
- steamed rice – 140 g;
- carrots – 80 g;
- onion – 100 g;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- water – 200 ml.
Cooking baked chicken with garnish:
Sprinkle chicken hams with half a teaspoon of curry, paprika and salt. Mix tomato paste and mayonnaise in a separate bowl, coat the chicken thighs with the sauce and leave to marinate.
Shinkuem cabbage, lightly knead and salt to taste. Grate carrots on a coarse grater, cut onions into quarter rings.
Mix cabbage with onions and carrots, sprinkle with steamed rice. Add to the vegetables curry, paprika, salt and pour in vegetable oil.
Lay the vegetables in a mold for baking, level the surface. Pour in the garnish water, place on top of the ham.
Cover the chicken and vegetables with foil, bake at 240 degrees for an hour.
Then remove the foil from the dish and bake for an additional 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
