Mint is a budget-friendly lean fish that is not often cooked. The fact is that it is the lean fish that is considered very dry after baking and frying. However, if properly marinated, any fish will turn out delicious. It
is also important for fish to have vegetables for baking or frying. If cooked properly, the vegetables will give additional moisture to the meat, which makes the fish more juicy.

Ingredients for baked pollock:
- pollock – 2 pcs;

Cooking baked pollock:
Cleaned pollock cut into small pieces, sprinkle the fish with half a spoonful of salt, fish seasoning and coriander. Similarly sprinkle the other side of the fish.
Peel the potatoes and cut into 5 mm thick plates. Salt the potatoes, sprinkle with potato seasoning and dried parsley
. Pour vegetable oil over the potatoes, mix potatoes and spices.
