- Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp;
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp;
- Sugar – 1 tsp;
- Dried garlic – ½ tsp;
- Mustard in grains – 1 tsp;
- Salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of vitamin salad:
Boil frozen peas in salted water until tender. Cut onions into quarter rings, salt them, sprinkle with sugar, pour in lemon juice and mix.
Leave the onions to marinate for 10-15 minutes. At this time, chop cabbage finely, salt it and knead it with your hands. Cut the
peppers
cleaned from the insides into bars.
