It can give a person vitamin D, Omega-3 Acids, as well as magnesium, iodine, calcium, selenium and other minerals for the proper functioning of the body. For this reason, fish is consumed by about 70% of the world’s population. Fish is not banned by most religions, it is sold literally everywhere. Fish can also be obtained by fishing in designated areas.

For example, in Asia, fish is eaten raw with different sauces. For Japanese and Koreans, it is important that the fish is fresh. In Europe, fish is often defrosted or prefer marine river fish – if there is no sea or ocean nearby.

Ingredients for baked salmon:
- Salmon – 2 kg;
- Vegetable oil – 70 ml;
- Black pepper – ½ tsp;
- Paprika – ½ tsp;
- Fish seasoning;
- Salt – 1.5 tsp;
- Onion – 2 pcs;
- Lemon – 1 pc;
- Tomato – 2 pcs;
- Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc;
- Butter;
- Potatoes – 4 pcs;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Garlic powder – ½ tsp;
- Oregano – a pinch;
- Flour – 65 g.
Ingredients for the sauce:
- Onions – 1 pc;
- Sour cream – 2 tbsp;
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp;
- Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of baked salmon:
Remove fins from the salmon and make incisions across the body, remove the insides. Mix paprika, black pepper, ½ spoon salt and fish seasoning in vegetable oil. Brush
both sides and inside of the salmon with vegetable oil and spices

Leave the salmon under food foil for 30 minutes.
Slice the onion rings as well as half of the lemon. Place the onion rings obliquely on the baking tray, with the lemon rings on top of the onions.
Place the fish on the lemon and onion pillow

Cut small slices of tomato and sweet pepper, cleaned beforehand from the insides
. Put the tomato and pepper next to the fish, cover the tray with foil.
Bake the fish at 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Peeled potatoes cut into bars, mix with eggs, black pepper, garlic powder and oregano. For the sauce, chop onion finely, mix in a bowl with mayonnaise and sour
cream. Add tomato paste to the sauce, stir.
In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry potatoes for 3-4 minutes on each side. Then fry the potatoes on low heat for another 10 minutes.
Baked salmon can be served together with fried potatoes and sauce.
