If the Italians prepare the simplest pizza with tomato paste, pepperoni and cheese, then in the United States there are many varieties of pizza. Starting from pizza 4 cheese and ending with pizza with pineapples, tangerines, stuffing and more. Chefs from Italy call this kind of pizza a misunderstanding. Although, people around the world have a great demand for it.

Let’s tell you how to cook pizza pie in a frying pan.

Ingredients for pizza-pie:

  • Wheat bread – 120 g;
  • Eggs – 4 pcs;
  • Milk – 125 ml;
  • Salt – ½ tsp;
  • Sausage – 100 g;
  • Tomato – 1 pc;
  • Tomato ketchup – 100 g;
  • Cheese – 100 g;
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.

Preparation of pizza-pie:

Break eggs into a bowl, salt and pepper, whisk with a whisk. Pour milk to the egg mixture, stir.

Cut sausage and tomato into small cubes

Grate cheese, chop green onions, basil and other herbs to taste.

Cut bread into small cubes

.

Grease the pan with vegetable oil, put a part of the bread on the bottom.

Sprinkle

the bread layer with ½ of the egg mixture.

Spread ketchup on the bread layer, put sausage and tomato, sprinkle with herbs.

Lay out the bread layer, sprinkle it with the rest of the egg mixture.

On low heat under a lid fry the pie for 10 minutes. Then with the help of a flat plate turn the pie.

Grease the pan with vegetable oil and put the pie with the uncooked side down.

Cook the pie in the same way for 10 minutes.

Put the pizza-pie on a flat plate and let it cool down for 5 minutes.
