Ingredients for the salad:
- Boiled beets – 1 pc;
- Peking cabbage – 150 g;
- Green onions – a bundle;
- Parsley – a bundle;
- Unrefined vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp;
- French mustard – 1 tsp;
- Honey – 1/2 tsp;
- Salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of beet salad:
Peeled cooked beets rub on a coarse grater. Divide lettuce leaves, remove the convex part and thinly chop
. Put the chopped lettuce to the beets.
Chop finely parsley and green onions, put in the salad. In a bowl with vegetable oil pour lemon juice, add mustard, honey, salt and mix thoroughly.
