Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – 1.5 kg;
  • Kefir – 150 ml;
  • Flour – 100 ml;
  • Leavening agent – 1 tsp;
  • Green onion – a bunch;
  • Salt – ½ tsp.

Preparation:

Peel potatoes, part of them cut into small cubes and boil for 10-15 minutes in salted water. Mashed potato the boiled potatoes into a mashed potato
