Ingredients for salad “Montpensier”:
- chicken fillet – pcs;
- salt – a pinch;
- mayonnaise – 2 tbsp;
- iceberg lettuce;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- cheese – 100 g;
- canned corn – 3 tsp;
- grapes – 5 pcs;
- cranberries – 5 pcs.
Preparation of salad “Montpensier”:
Boil chicken fillet in salted water and cut into small cubes. Salt the fillet and mix with a spoonful of mayonnaise.
Chop salad leaves, mix with mayonnaise and salt. Boil hard-boiled eggs and cut into small cubes.
Grate cheese on a fine grater
. Lay out around the inverted glass on a flat plate chicken fillet and chicken eggs, smear with mayonnaise. On the egg layer we put canned corn.
