Zrazy is a meat dish, often minced meat, which is a cutlet or a roll.
The word zrazy comes from the Polish word for “cut”, as all products for the dish must be thoroughly chopped

Originally, zrazy appeared in Poland, which is clear from the name. Later, the roll with stuffing passed to other cuisines of the world, including Lithuanian and Belarusian.
Now zrazy are prepared constantly in many establishments. Let’s create potato zrazy in our kitchen.
Ingredients for potato zrazy:
- Potatoes – 800 g;
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Flour – 2 tbsp;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Boiled meat – 300 g;
- Onion – 1 pc.
Preparation of potato zrazas:
Boil the potatoes until tender. Chop onion finely, fry in a frying pan in vegetable and butter oil until transparent.
Cut meat into small pieces and chop in a blender

In a bowl with minced meat put onions, salt and mix.
Peel potatoes and mashed potato them. Mix potatoes with egg and flour, knead the dough.
Make small tortillas from the dough, where we put the stuffing. Seal the stuffing inside the dough.
Fry zrazy in a frying pan in vegetable and butter oil on both sides until browned.
