There are very few cities in which it is impossible to find at least one pizzeria. Pizza is one of the popular dishes of the world. It can be both budget and make a check for several hundred dollars.
Roughly speaking, pizza is a dough sprinkled with various products. A similar recipe was known as far back as the 5th millennium BC. For example, in Sardinia, flat flatbreads with herbs and meat were prepared. Only difference is that the filling in the ancient dishes was not on top, but intervened in the dough.
Today we will prepare a quick pizza in a frying pan, which is similar to the modern one.
Ingredients for the pizza:
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- sour cream – 8 tbsp. l.;
- wheat flour – 9 tbsp. l.;
- salt, ground black pepper;
- baking soda – ½ tsp.
Ingredients for stuffing:
- tomato – pcs;
- smoked sausage – 100 g;
- green onion – 40 g;
- cheese – 150 g;
- spicy tomato sauce – 2 tbsp;
- refined sunflower oil – 2 tbsp.
Pizza preparation:
In a deep bowl break 2 large chicken eggs. Mix with sour cream, preferably medium fat.
Beat until homogeneous, pour in wheat flour. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. You will also need half a teaspoon of baking soda
. Beat all the components to homogeneity and leave the dough for a while.
Proceed to prepare the filling, you can use any products.
Thinly slice the tomato, divide the smoked sausage into cubes, chop green onions
.
The finer the cut, the juicier the pizza. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater
. Heat a frying pan, pour refined sunflower oil. Spread the dough on the surface of the pan. Smear the top with spicy tomato sauce. Spread the filling. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cook on low heat with the lid on for another 5-6 minutes.
The pizza is ready, enjoy!
