Ingredients for salad “White”:
- cabbage – ¼ of a coconut;
- salt – a pinch;
- carrots – pcs;
- smoked chicken breast – pcs;
- mayonnaise – tbsp.
Preparation of salad “White”:
Shinkuem thinly and finely cabbage, squeeze with hands and sprinkle with salt. Grate peeled carrots on a coarse grater and mix with cabbage.
