Ingredients for potatoes with minced meat:
- Stuffing – 700 g;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Carrot – 1 pc;
- Celery root – 100 g;
- Tomato paste – 70 g;
- Basil – ½ tsp;
- Oregano – ½ tsp;
- Coriander – a pinch;
- Ground pepper – a pinch;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Sugar – ½ tsp;
- Water – 400 ml.
Preparation of potatoes with minced meat:
Cut onions, carrots and celery into small cubes. Fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil first until onions are transparent, then add celery and carrots.
Fry the vegetables for 2 minutes, and then add minced meat. Fry the mince and vegetables together until the mince changes color.
Put the tomato paste into the cavity in the mince, fry lightly and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Pour basil, oregano, coriander, ground pepper, salt and sugar into the mixture. Pour
water into the mince and continue to stew under a lid for 30 minutes.
Boil the peeled potatoes until tender.
You can mince garlic cloves to the mince and add them 5 minutes before cooking.
