However, you should not give up beets and dishes from this vegetable. The fact is that beet salads are useful for the body. At a minimum, beets help to increase immunity. Also, beets are good for the digestive and circulatory systems.

Ingredients for beet salad:
- Beets – 3 pcs;
- Potatoes – 2 pcs;
- Carrots – 2 pcs;
- Mayonnaise;
- Salted cucumbers – 5 pcs;
- Green peas – 180 g.
Preparation of beet salad:
Boil to readiness beets, potatoes and carrots. Cut the peeled carrots and potatoes into small cubes. Clean beets and cut similarly to carrots.
Cut half circles of pickles, put in a salad bowl with beets, carrots and potatoes. Pour green peas and salt into the salad, dress with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
You can use sour cream or Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise. This way the salad will become healthier, but will remain no less tasty.
