Ingredients for chicken:

  • Chicken meat – 1.2 kg;
  • Onion – 1 pc;
  • Garlic – 5 cloves;
  • Sour cream 20% – 3 tablespoons;
  • Butter – 60 g;
  • Flour – 1 tbsp;
  • Turmeric – 1 tsp;
  • Water – 300 ml;
  • Dill – a few sprigs;
  • Salt – ½ tsp.

Preparation:

In a skillet, melt butter, lay the chicken fillet on the surface, salt. Fry the chicken on both sides until browned
