Ingredients for braised cabbage:
- White cabbage – 500 g;
- Kefir – 300 ml;
- Salt – 1 tsp;
- Curry seasoning – 1 tsp.
Preparation of stewed cabbage:
Shred the cabbage finely and place it in a pan. Pour kefir to the cabbage and leave to stew under a lid on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
Salt the cabbage, add black pepper to taste. Add curry to the cabbage and mix thoroughly.
Leave the cabbage for 5 minutes under a lid.
Such cabbage can be served with cutlets, fish, meatballs and other dishes.
