Cake preparation:
To prepare the glaze, bring the cream to the boil in advance and mix with the white chocolate. Leave the glaze under a lid in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
For the sponge cake, break the eggs into a bowl, pour salt, vanilla and classic sugar.
Pour vegetable oil and milk into the white lumpy mass and continue mixing. Combine the flour and baking powder, pour into the mixture in batches, alternating with the almond flour, knead the dough. Pour
the dough into a 20×20 cm baking dish, place parchment on the bottom in advance. Use a skewer to flatten the dough and bake at 170 degrees for 45 minutes.

For the cream, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and cream in a bowl and beat with a mixer until smooth. Pour coconut shavings into the cream, whisk additionally.
Put the cream into a pastry bag. Soak each cake with milk. Smear the first cake with cream.
Repeat the same procedure with the rest of the cakes, the sides of the cake are also covered with cream.
