Ingredients for meat patties:
- yeast-free puff pastry – 1 kg;
- minced meat – 500 g;
- onion – 1 pc;
- tomato paste – 1 tsp;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- ground black pepper;
- paprika;
- dried garlic;
- cold water – 50 ml;
- egg – pcs.
Preparation of meat patties:
Pass through a meat grinder onion, mix with minced meat. Add tomato paste, salt, ground black pepper, paprika and dry garlic to the mince
. Gradually pour cold water into the mince, mix thoroughly with your hands and beat. Divide the puff pastry into rectangles and
place the stuffing on a part of each rectangle.
Cover the stuffing with the second part of the rectangle and pinch all the edges.
Place the patties on a baking tray, smear with egg.
You can make triangular patties. Divide the dough into squares, roll out slightly. In one of the corners diagonally put the filling, cover the opposite corner and seal the edges.
Bake the patties in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
