Ingredients for thin pancakes:
- milk – 220 ml;
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- boiling water – 200 ml;
- sugar – 2 tbsp;
- flour – 160 g;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- eggs – 3 pcs.
Preparation of thin pancakes:
In a bowl break the eggs, pour sugar and salt, beat until the grains of sand dissolve. Pour 110 ml of milk into the mixture, sift half of the total mass of flour, knead the dough.

At the end of dough preparation integrate boiling water into the mixture, leave to cool for 20 minutes.
