Preparation of pies with potatoes and with apples:
To prepare the dough you need in a separate bowl with kefir at room temperature, combine salt and sugar, mix. Sift flour into the dough, previously mixing it with baking powder and baking soda. Knead the dough and let it rest.
For the apple filling you need to get rid of the apple peel and core, cut the fruit into small slices. In a frying pan pour sugar, caramelize it, add butter. After the butter melts and mixes with the sugar, add the apple slices. Caramelize the apples until the moisture evaporates.
