For many people, the existence of healthy cakes is still a mystery. In the classical sense, cake is a high-calorie food with a high sugar content. There is a stereotype that it is simply impossible to make a healthy cake, since it contradicts the concept of a dessert.
However, in the XXI century, people are becoming more conscious and try to refuse harmful food. Therefore, recipes for healthy desserts arise. Let’s prepare together a PP cake from three ingredients.
Ingredients for PP cake:
- Apples – 1.2 kg;
- Coconut oil – 60 g;
- Peanuts – 350 g.
Preparing the PP cake:
Cut the apples into two halves each, remove the seed pods. Place apples cut side down on a baking tray lined with parchment.
Bake the apples for 30 minutes in the oven. Spoon the pulp out of the soft apples
. Pour the coconut oil into the apple mixture and beat with an immersion blender until creamy.
Spoon the cream into a pastry bag and place in the fridge to thicken.
Chop the lightly roasted peanuts into fine crumbs. Place some of the peanuts in the bottom of the pastry ring and tamp them down lightly.
On a layer of peanuts put 250 grams of apple cream, level it. Similarly create layers of peanuts and cream, alternate.
Cover the top of the cake with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 6 hours. Sprinkle the remaining crumbs on the walls and top of the cake.
You get a soft and tender healthy cake. There is no sugar and flour in it, which makes the dessert low-calorie.
