Ingredients for homemade cake:
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- strawberry jam – 8 tablespoons;
- vanilla sugar – 8 g;
- flour – 290 g;
- salt – a pinch;
- leavening agent – 15 g;
- sugar – 150 g;
- vanilla yogurt – 150 g;
- vegetable oil – 120 ml.
Preparation of homemade cake:
In a bowl with eggs pour vanilla and classic sugar, add salt and beat well with a mixer until a white mass. Pour vegetable oil to the whitened eggs, continue to beat the components until homogeneous.
Add vanilla yogurt to the egg mixture, beat until the component is completely dissolved in the egg mixture. Sift the flour into the egg mixture in batches, knead a liquid dough without lumps.
Place a part of the dough in a baking dish (28×19 cm), spread it evenly over the surface.
Spread 8 spoonfuls of strawberry jam on the dough

Using a fork, create a pattern of jam and dough. Fill the pattern with the second part of the dough. Similarly lay out the rest of the jam and make an uncomplicated pattern.
Bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for about half an hour.
