Soups are known a lot, it is a hearty liquid dish, which is prepared literally everywhere. Both Europeans, Asians and Orientals know about soups. Each culture has its own soups, from lagman and shurpa to miso soup and tom yam. Onion soup and borscht are famous in European culture, and they are the top leading soups in restaurant orders.
Soups can literally tell the story of a people. French onion soup is associated with times of famine. In the past, this soup was prepared by beggars from onions to feed their families and keep warm in winter.

Let’s tell you how to cook a delicious noodle soup.
Ingredients for noodle soup:
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- Butter – 30 g;
- Chicken thighs – 3 pcs;
- Onion – 2 pcs;
- Carrots – 1 pc;
- Potatoes – 5 pcs;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Soup seasoning;
- Sweet pepper – 2 pcs;
- Paprika – 1 tbsp;
- Black pepper – a pinch;
- Homemade noodles – 120 g.
Preparation of noodle soup:
Cut small pieces of meat from chicken thighs, clean from bones and skin. In a saucepan melt butter, mix with vegetable oil.
Fry chicken thighs in the pan for 15 minutes. Chop onions and carrots finely. Put to the fried chicken first onion and fry for a couple of minutes, and then carrots, fry also 2 minutes.
Peeled potatoes cut into small cubes and put to the vegetables and chicken. Fill the components in the pot with water, cook under the lid for 5 minutes.
Cut finely peeled pepper, add to the soup, salt, pepper, sprinkle with soup seasoning and paprika, mix. Cook the soup for 3 minutes under the lid, add the noodles
