The idea of befriending meat and dough is quite simple. It was obvious that sooner or later this combination would appear in cooking. Moreover, it was predictable that the development of meat pies would not stop for a long time.

Ingredients:
- 500 gr of minced pork;
- Onion;
- Egg;
- puff pastry;
- salt;
- nutmeg;
- allspice, black pepper;
- dried garlic and dried parsley;
- orange peel;
- Sesame.
Preparation:
Finely chop the onion and combine with the minced pork. Add freshly ground black pepper, as well as some oregano. If desired, you can add hot pepper. The
next ingredient is garlic. You can use dried or fresh. We use half a tablespoon of dried garlic. Also, we add dried parsley. One teaspoon is enough.
Nutmeg will not be superfluous in the recipe. Grate also a little orange zest, it perfectly combines with pork.
Put the puff pastry on the table and roll it out slightly

The thickness of the layer is 2-3 millimeters. To prevent the dough from sticking, use flour.
Cover the baking tray with parchment, transfer the dough and put the meat filling in the center. Evenly distribute the stuffing, but leave a little dough around the edges. Brush the empty parts with the egg mixture.
Now wrap the pie and seal the edges. Brush the top with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and salt.
Send to the oven to bake at a temperature of 180 degrees. 30-40 minutes will be enough.
