- pickled cucumber – 2 pieces;
- parsley – sprig;

- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.
Preparation of beet salad:
Boiled and peeled beets need to be chopped on large sharps grater. Cucumbers should be cut into thin strips, equal in size to the beet slices.
Onions are cut into thin quarter rings. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put onions in it.
