Ingredients:
- Chicken thigh fillet – 400 g;
- Tagliatelle pasta – 250 g;
- Cream 20% – 300 ml;
- Butter – 20 g;
- Wheat flour – 1 tsp;
- Garlic – 2 cloves;
- Fresh parsley – 5 g;
- Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp;
- Water – 2 liters;
- Ground black pepper – ½ tsp;
- Parmesan cheese – 50 g;
- Salt – ⅓ tsp.
Preparation:
We salt the boiling water in a saucepan, add the tagliatelle and cook until ready. As a rule, the readiness of the pasta is indicated on the package.
Cut the chicken fillets into small pieces and fry them in a frying pan in vegetable oil over high heat. Salt the fillet, add butter and press garlic cloves.
Mix the ingredients in the skillet, pour the flour and then pour in the cream. Stir the fillets with cream, add chopped parsley.
Pour a couple of glasses of pasta water into the sour cream sauce. Grate the parmesan on a fine grater and pour it into the sauce.
Add the pasta to the sauce and the roasted fillets and stir.
