Soups, unlike many other dishes, appeared relatively recently in the history of cooking. The first recipes of soups in the classical sense appeared 400-500 years ago. It is likely that people started cooking soups when strong and non-oxidizing cookware appeared.
However, Asians would disagree with this opinion. In ancient China, soups began to be cooked before our era. They invented a suitable utensil for liquid dishes a little earlier than Europeans.
Now many different types of soups are known – cold and hot, vegetable, meat and fish. We want to tell you about the method of cooking soup with minced meat.
Ingredients for soup with minced meat:
- onion onions – 2 pcs;
- pasta – 30 g;
- carrots – pcs;
- Bisil – tsp;
- potatoes – 3 pcs;
- red pepper – tsp;
- water – 2 liters;
- ground black pepper – ½ tsp;
- salt – 2 tsp;
- tomato – pcs;
- red pepper – pcs;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- minced meat – 400 g.
Preparation of soup with minced meat:
Onion should be cut into quarter rings and fry in a saucepan with a small amount of vegetable oil. While the onion is frying, cut carrots in quarters, send also to the pot.
Peeled potatoes cut into small cubes, put them in the pot. Pour water over the vegetables, sprinkle with salt (tsp.) and cover with a lid. Cook the soup on low heat for 20 minutes.
At this time, you need to similarly cut the second onion and fry in a frying pan until soft. Cut out the insides of the red pepper, cut into small cubes and add to the onions in the frying pan.
To the onions and peppers we put minced meat along with minced garlic cloves through the press. While the minced meat is frying, remove the skin from the tomato and chop it finely.
After frying the mince, add the tomato to the mixture and mix the ingredients. Also add salt, ground black pepper, Bisil and red pepper to the meat stuffing
. Put the prepared mixture into the soup, stir. Pour the pasta into the soup, cook under a lid over medium heat for 15 minutes.
To this soup you can add after cooking chopped greens – parsley and dill. This is a good option for soup if there is no meat at home, but there is minced meat.
