Appetizer and side salads are an addition to the main course, so they can be light, consisting only of greens.
Nowadays, healthy salads are becoming popular, without a lot of caloric ingredients.
We will tell you about one of the diet salads, but make it suitable for serving on the holiday table.
Ingredients for holiday diet salad:
- boiled beef – 600 g;
- cherry tomatoes – 200 g;
- cheese – 100 g;
- canned pineapples – 4 rings;
- dill – a bunch;
- parsley – a bunch;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- sour cream – tbsp.
Preparation of holiday diet salad:
Divide the boiled beef into fibers, lay it out in a salad bowl. Cut each cherry tomato into 4 slices, cut rings of canned pineapple into small cubes.
Put the pineapple and tomatoes to the beef. Shred cheese on a coarse grater, put it on the salad. Chop dill and parsley finely and add to the salad.
Salt the mixture, dress with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
Salad can be dressed with homemade mayonnaise, if you do not like sour cream.
You should choose salty cheese for the salad.
