Ingredients for zucchini casserole:

  • Zucchini – 1 kg;
  • Salt – 1 tsp;
  • Onions – 2 pieces;
  • Carrots – 1 piece;
  • Bell pepper – 3 pieces;
  • Eggs – 3 pieces;
  • Milk – 300 ml;
  • Olive oil – 30 ml;
  • Flour – 120 g;
  • Baking powder – 10 g;
  • Garlic – 3 cloves;
  • Cheese – 150 g.

Preparation of zucchini casserole:

Zucchini cut into half rings, salt and leave for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the onion in the same way, fry on medium heat in a frying pan under a lid

. Finely chop the carrots and add to the onions, fry the vegetables together for 6 minutes.
