Ingredients for zucchini casserole:
- Zucchini – 1 kg;
- Salt – 1 tsp;
- Onions – 2 pieces;
- Carrots – 1 piece;
- Bell pepper – 3 pieces;
- Eggs – 3 pieces;
- Milk – 300 ml;
- Olive oil – 30 ml;
- Flour – 120 g;
- Baking powder – 10 g;
- Garlic – 3 cloves;
- Cheese – 150 g.
Preparation of zucchini casserole:
Zucchini cut into half rings, salt and leave for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the onion in the same way, fry on medium heat in a frying pan under a lid
