One of the most underrated types of fish is considered to be hake fish. The fact is that not everyone is ready to buy this fish on a regular basis. What is the people’s dislike for the fish? Probably, many are confused by the price or the stereotype that hake is cooked only for cats.

Ingredients for baked hake:
- hake fish – 2 pcs;
- sugar – tsp;
- salt – 1/2 tsp;
- turmeric – tsp;
- paprika – tsp;
- olive oil – 30 ml;
- soy sauce – 50 ml;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- lemon juice;
- celery;
- onion – pcs;
- cherry tomatoes.
Cooking baked hake:
Clean the fish from the head, gills and fins, cut into large pieces. Remove insides and black film from the fish, make small diamond-shaped incisions on the outside.
Pour salt, turmeric, paprika, olive oil, soy sauce and lemon juice into a bowl and mix. Press the garlic cloves through the press and add to the bowl with the spices.
Put the fish in a cellophane bag, pour in the spice and oil mixture, seal and shake lightly. Leave the fish in the bag to marinate for 30 minutes.
Chop the celery, place in a baking dish. Put on a pillow of celery hake. Make cross cuts on the tomatoes and put them between the fish pieces.
Water the fish with the marinade mixture. Bake the hake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes under parchment.
