Ingredients for zucchini casserole:

  • Zucchini – 2 pcs;
  • Vegetable oil – 90 ml;
  • Onions – 2 pcs;
  • Carrots – 1 pc;
  • Bulgarian pepper – 2 pcs;
  • Garlic – 1 clove;
  • Eggs – 3 pcs;
  • Milk – 300 ml;
  • Flour – 10 tbsp;
  • Leavening agent – 10 g;
  • Dill – 3 tbsp;
  • Mozzarella cheese – 130 g;
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp;
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp;
  • Lemon juice;
  • Green onions – a bunch.

Preparation of zucchini casserole:
