Ingredients for the salad:

  • sweet bell pepper – pcs;
  • cheese – 100 g;
  • cucumber – pcs;
  • canned corn – 150 g;
  • dill – bundle;
  • mayonnaise – 2-3 tbsp;
  • salt – ½ tsp;
  • pepper.

Preparation of the salad:

Let’s start preparing the salad with the preparation of the cucumber. To make it soft, we take off the top part of it. Then cut the vegetable into small cubes.

Sweet bell pepper is cleaned from the core. Cut into small cubes. Combine sweet pepper and cucumber in a salad bowl.

Cut hard cheese into the same size dice as cucumber and sweet pepper.

Open canned corn and get rid of the liquid, add to the salad.

Dress with mayonnaise, 1-2 tablespoons are enough.
