Seafood nowadays is by no means cheaper than meat. Often tuna or salmon is sold at a high price, which does not allow people to buy this fish often. However, eating fish products is vital for humans. It is the fish meat that provides Omega-3 acids that are essential for the normal development of the body.
One can buy fish that is not as expensive as tuna or salmon. There are cheaper, yet tasty versions of fish available in the market. Some may disagree, as the taste of salmon is unique.
Of course, budget fish is not comparable to expensive fish. It can only be prepared in such a way that it is delicious.
Ingredients for baked hake:
- hake fish – 7 pcs;
- seasoning for fish;
- ground pepper;
- salt;
- 25% sour cream – 2 tbsp;
- tomato paste – tbsp;
- grainy mustard – tsp;
- potatoes;
- onion;
- carrots;
- oregano – 1/2 tsp;
- paprika – tsp.
Preparation of baked hake:
Remove the head, tail and gills from the hake, clean from the insides and black film. Put in a deep container fillet of hake
. In a separate bowl mix salt to taste, ground black pepper and seasoning for fish. Sprinkle the hake with the seasoning mixture, rubbing it into the fibers.
Mix in a separate bowl sour cream with tomato paste and mustard. With the resulting mixture, smear the hake and leave to marinate.
Potatoes are peeled and cut into thin plates. It is worth taking as many vegetables as fit into the baking mold.
Similarly to the potatoes cut carrots and onions

Sprinkle the vegetables with paprika, salt, ground black pepper and oregano.
Pour oil into the vegetable mass, mix.
Place the marinated hake on the vegetable bed, cover the dish with parchment.
Bake hake with vegetables at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
As a result, we have not only juicy fish, but also a garnish to it.
