Ingredients:
- Flour – 400 g;
- Butter – 170 g;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Sugar – 150 g;
- Leavening agent – 10 g;
- Salt – a pinch.
Preparation of pie with jam:
In a bowl with butter pour sugar and salt, beat with a mixer 2-3 minutes.
Sift ⅔ of flour and baking powder into the mixture and knead the dough

Pour the rest of the flour into the dough, knead so that there are no lumps.
Cover the baking dish with parchment, put ½ of the dough on the bottom, spread evenly on the bottom. Place the jam on the dough, spreading it over the surface.
On the parchment, roll out the second part of the dough into a layer equal to the area of the mold. Cover the top of the jam with the second layer, sealing the edges.
Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Such a pie will be delicious both hot and already cooled. You can use any jam you like for the filling.
