There are many different kinds of salads in world cooking. Nowadays it is difficult to find a country that would not have its own national salad.
For example, in our state for a long time the national salad was Herring under a fur coat. This dish, according to the Communists, reflected the people’s commitment to the government’s policy.
Later, Herring under a fur coat began to be served everywhere.
However, in addition to the famous salads, there are many ordinary, everyday salads. They are not mentioned in recipe books. However, it is worth knowing how to prepare uncomplicated appetizer salads.
Ingredients for salad #1 (2 main products in total):
- carrots – pcs;
- mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons;
- sausage cheese – 150 g;
- garlic – 2 cloves.
Preparation of appetizer salad #1:
It is necessary to peel off the top layer of carrots and shred on large sharps of grater along with sausage cheese. In the resulting mixture, we pass a couple of garlic cloves through a press. Fill
the salad with mayonnaise and mix the components thoroughly.
Ingredients for salad #2:
- crab sticks – 200 g;
- mayonnaise – 2 tbsp;
- processed cheese – 2 pcs;
- boiled eggs – 2 pcs;
- Korean carrots – 150 g.
Preparation of appetizer salad #2:
Melted cheese and eggs should be shredded on small grater teeth. Crab sticks should be divided into small fibers.
In a bowl mix cheese, eggs and crab sticks. Add Korean carrots and mayonnaise, mix thoroughly.
The result is a couple of salads that can be prepared in 10 minutes. At the same time, they are suitable for every day and for a festive table.
