A quick and easy recipe for a delicious and easy dessert. The usual set of products, and the result is simply delicious and dainty.
For preparation you will need the following ingredients:
- cookie cookies, 240 g;
- melted butter, 75 g;
- cream cheese, 350 g;
- boiled condensed milk, 1 can;
- powdered sugar, 40 g;
- heavy cream, 250 ml.
Cooking process
Chop the cookies into crumbs with a blender or act in the old-fashioned way and chop with a rolling pin, for convenience putting the cookies in a bag.
Pour the melted butter into the crumbs, stir until completely homogeneous

If the mass turns out to be very dry, because everyone’s cookies are different, then add more melted butter or a little condensed milk.
Cover the mold with parchment and grease it with butter.
Put a layer of crumbs and tamp it with a glass.
Mix with a mixer cream cheese with boiled condensed milk and whip until homogeneous and lush.
Cold cream whip with a mixer and when the mass begins to thicken, add powdered sugar and whip until thick.
Combine the cream with the whipped cream and mix until homogeneous.
Put the cream on a layer of cookies in a mold and send

to the fridge for a few hours.
The top of the cake can be covered with caramel, which you can quickly boil from sugar, water and butter or simply melt a couple of bars of chocolate and pour it on.
Remove the mold and decorate the cake to taste
