There is quite a lot of information known about salads nowadays. We know that the first salads were very different from what we have in modern times. Ingredients for tuna salad:
- boiled eggs – 7 pcs;
- ground black pepper – a pinch;
- cucumber – pcs;
- salt – a pinch;
- green onion – a bunch;
- juice of ½ lemon;
- tuna in oil – 200 g;
- dijon mustard – ½ tsp;
- mayonnaise – 3 tbsp.
Preparation of tuna salad:
Cut into small cubes boiled eggs, similarly chop cucumber. Finely chop green onions, combine all three ingredients in a salad bowl.
Put in the salad bowl tuna, spared in advance from oil. Dress the salad with mustard and mayonnaise, salt and black pepper.
