Ingredients:
- minced meat – 600 g;
- onion – 1 pc;
- garlic – 15 g;
- eggs – 1 pc;
- black pepper – 8 g;
- salt – 9 g;
- ginger powder – 5 g;
- sweet paprika – 8 g;
- nutmeg – 3 g;
- milk – 100 ml;
- breadcrumbs – 100 g;
- processed cheese – 100 g;
- soft butter – 20 g;
- dill – 30 g;
- flour – 200 g;
- tomatoes – 2 pcs;
- cheese – 100 g;
- black sesame seeds – 20 g;
- vegetable oil – 20 ml;
- mayonnaise – 50 g.
Preparation of cutlets:
Chop finely the onion and 10 grams of garlic, put into the mince, break the egg into the same place. Pour 3 grams of black pepper, 5 grams of salt, ginger powder, sweet paprika and nutmeg to the mincemeat
