Let’s forget about the strange trends of modern pancakes and make a pancake with sausage and onions

Ingredients for pancake with sausage and onions:

  • kefir – 200 ml;
  • green onions – a bunch;
  • soda – tsp;
  • sausage – 100 g;
  • salt – tsp;
  • flour – 200 g;
  • egg – 2 pcs;
  • milk – 200 ml;
  • vegetable oil – tbsp.

Preparation of pancakes with sausage and onions:

Pour baking soda into kefir, wait for the reaction between the two products. Break eggs to the kefir mixture, add sugar, salt and milk, mix well.

Pour vegetable oil into the mass, sift flour and knead pancake batter

Shinkle finely a bunch of green onions, cut sausage into small cubes

. Integrate onions and sausage into the batter, mix. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, pour a ladleful of batter on the surface.

On medium heat fry the pancake 1.5 minutes under a lid on one side.
