After a long day at work, the only thing a tired person dreams of is a delicious dinner. Often under the concept of a hearty and tasty meal fall exactly cutlets. This universal dish has become a favorite among different segments of the population.
Cutlet originated as a dish in France

True, Europeans believe that a cutlet is a whole piece of meat with an obligatory bone, so that the dish was easier to hold. Our cooks changed the consistency of cutlets, turning it into minced meat
. Now there are many relatives of cutlets. For example, steak, schnitzel, zrazy. With great confidence, we can say that these viands have already migrated from our kitchen back to Europe.
We will not become very sophisticated in the preparation of European dishes. We will make classic tasty juicy cutlets.
Ingredients for cutlets:
- chicken meat – kg;
- parsley – 30 g;
- onion – 300 g;
- ground black pepper – tsp;
- white bread – 6 slices;
- salt – tbsp;
- milk – 150 ml;
- paprika – tbsp;
- garlic – clove;
- mayonnaise – 2 tbsp;
- butter – 30 g.
Preparation of cutlets:
Cut the onion into half-rings and fry in a frying pan with a small amount of butter. While the onion is getting softer, chop garlic cloves as finely as possible. Integrate the garlic into the onion, fry until golden.
Remove the crusts from the bread, soak the crumbs in milk. Through a meat grinder pass meat, fried onions and bread in milk. Add salt, paprika, mayonnaise, ground black pepper and coriander to the mixture.
Mix the stuffing well and beat it, form the meat mass into cutlets. In a frying pan with vegetable oil seal the cutlets, that is, fry until golden crust.
Then transfer the cutlets into a baking mold, cook in the oven at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes.
In the end, we have a lot of delicious and juicy cutlets. The onions give more flavor to the meat, and the bread makes the consistency softer and fluffier.
