French perfumers conducted an experiment, as a result of which they found out what scents attract people. It turns out that one of the most enticing scents for a large number of people is the smell of fresh baked goods. This is not surprising, because for many centuries mankind has been baking bread.
Baking is considered a part of human life, for it is part of the regular diet. Of course, there are people who do not eat bread. But their number is smaller.
How to make flavorful buns at home?
Ingredients for buns:
- warm milk – 300 ml;
- sugar – 100 g;
- dry yeast – 10 g;
- egg – 2 pcs;
- salt – 1/3 tsp;
- flour – 550 g;
- vegetable oil – 50 ml.
Preparation of buns:
Pour warm milk into a bowl, pour salt, yeast and granulated sugar. Instead of dry yeast you can use 30 grams of regular yeast.
One of the eggs is divided into yolk and white. Add the protein to the milk along with the second egg, stir the products until the grains of sand dissolve.
Pour the flour into the milk, start kneading the dough with your hands. Pour vegetable oil into the

and continue kneading.
Cover the formed lump with a lid and leave it warm for an hour.
Knead the dough and divide it into 11 parts, form
lumps.
Roll each lump into a flatbread about 5 mm thick. Divide the flatbread into 4 equal parts.
Place each piece slightly overlapping each other. Make a depression in the middle with a skewer. Connect the opposite corners of the rounded part.

Grease the dough with a mixture of egg yolk and a spoonful of milk.
Bake the buns in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
After cooking, the buns can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. This is a beautiful and quick baking, which will please every day.
