Ingredients for beet salad:
- beets – pcs;
- ground black pepper – a pinch;
- canned green peas – 180 g;
- salt – ⅓ tsp;
- pickled cucumber – pcs;
- honey – tsp;
- cheese – 80 g;
- spicy mustard – ½ tsp;
- garlic – clove;
- balsamic vinegar – tbsp;
- parsley – bundle;
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.
Preparation of beet salad:
Boiled and peeled beets are shredded on large grater cloves. Cut pickled cucumber into thin bars, finely chop parsley. Combine chopped vegetables and greens in a salad bowl, add green peas.
Grate cheese on a coarse grater, pour it into the salad. In a separate bowl mix balsamic vinegar with vegetable oil and a garlic clove pressed through the press.
