Ingredients:
- 1 beet;
- 1 can of green canned peas;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- A small bunch of onions;
- Parsley;
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice;
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce;
- 2 tablespoons refined oil;
- 1 tablespoon mustard seed.
Preparation:
We take one large boiled beet, clean it. We prepare it for the salad with one of two options: rub it on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes.
Combine the beets with one can of canned green peas
