The history of sweet rolls in the form of biscuits began in France. This is not surprising, as many desserts and other viands originated in this gastronomic capital. The

Basically, biscuit rolls were popular on Christmas Eve. Probably, the reason for such a strong relevance was the similarity of a roll with a Christmas log. The
tradition of baking a roll has
become
established in almost all European countries. In our state, biscuit rolls are prepared everywhere.
It is worth giving one of the recipes for cooking a tender roll.
Ingredients for sweet roll:
- eggs – 4 pcs;
- sugar – tbsp;
- salt – a pinch;
- flour – 180 g;
- milk – 400 ml;
- butter – 30 g;
- cream cheese – 400 g;
- powdered sugar – 3 tbsp;
- cream 33% – 200 ml;
- blueberries – 100 g.
Preparation of sweet roll:
In a bowl break eggs, mix with salt and granulated sugar. Add flour to the egg mixture, knead the dough with a whisk.
Gradually pour milk into the dough, continue kneading.
Melt butter, add to the dough with the second part of the milk, stir. Cover the dough with a towel and leave
it
for 10 minutes. Cover
a baking tray with parchment and pour the dough onto it.
Bake the dough at 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
After baking take the cake out of the tray, let cool.
At this time in a bowl mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and cream.
Whisk the mixture until thick.
Smear
the
surface of the crust evenly with the cream. Sprinkle a layer of cream with blueberries and roll the crust into a roll with the filling inside.
The unsightly ends of the roll can be trimmed if desired.
It is recommended to sprinkle the roll with powdered sugar, so it will be more presentable.
