Christmas cakes have a special magic of the holiday. Almost every country has its own recipes for this dessert. In general, it is customary to cook together, that is, the whole family.

Christmas cake batter ingredients:
- eggs – 5 pcs;
- salt – a pinch;
- sugar – 130 g;
- flour – 170 g;
- milk – 50 ml.
Ingredients for the cream:
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- sugar – 50 g;
- cornstarch – 25 g;
- milk – 250 ml;
- butter – 100 g.
Ingredients for jam:
- raspberries – 500 g;
- sugar – 90 g;
- cornstarch – 30 g;
- water – 50 ml.
Preparation of Christmas cake:
In a bowl with eggs pour salt and granulated sugar, beat with a mixer until white airy foam. Sift the flour into the mixture, pour in the milk, gently knead the biscuit dough with a whisk.
Place the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment, smooth the layer over the surface.
Bake the biscuit at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
To prepare the cream in a saucepan beat the eggs, pour sugar, cornstarch, pour milk and whisk. Cook the cream until thickened and stir constantly.
Put the cream in a bowl, cover with clingfilm and leave to cool.
For the jam, pour the raspberries into a pan, sprinkle with 90 grams of sugar.
Boil the raspberries until they emit juice.
Mix water with starch, pour into the jam. Cook the mixture for 5 minutes, and then put it in a noisemaker. Sift the clean jam, leaving the excess on the noisemaker. Cover the jam with foil in a contact.
Divide the biscuit into equal strips 5-6 cm wide. Beat the soft butter for the cream in a separate bowl. Beat the cream base, gradually add it to the butter.
Smear the resulting cream all over the surface of the biscuit

Smear the cream layer with jam. Roll one strip into a roll, then press the second strip to it and roll it into a roll as well.
