Ingredients for the dough:
- Potatoes – 800 g;
- Eggs – 3 pcs;
- Red bell pepper – 2 pcs;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Parsley – a bundle;
- Flour – 2 tbsp;
- Salt – 1 tsp;
- Ground black pepper – a pinch.
Ingredients for stuffing:
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- Chicken meat – 200 g;
- Bulgarian pepper – 3 pcs;
- Garlic – 2 cloves;
- Salt – 1 tsp;
- Hard cheese – 120 g;
- Parsley – a bundle.
Preparation of potato rolls:
We peel potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater, and then lower the mass into cold water. Cut thin feathers of onion, cut small plates of bell pepper.
Squeeze the potatoes from moisture, put them in a separate bowl with eggs. Add onions, bell peppers, chopped parsley and flour to the potatoes, mix thoroughly

Let the dough plate cool down, and then cut it into 6 large squares or rectangles.

Place the rolls overlapping down on the baking tray. Grate the rest of the cheese on a coarse grater and put it on top of each roll along with the parsley.
Bake the rolls at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
